ZEISS SIGMA 360VP Installation in La Chaux-de-Fonds

Laboratoire Dubois has been active in the fields of watch technology, surface treatment and microtechnology since 1977. Established in La Chaux-de-Fonds, the laboratory has established itself as a neutral and independent analysis, testing and expertise centre with an international focus. Its own testing procedures, specialised test benches and modern analytical and measurement systems form the basis for supporting industrial partners – from development and production to quality control and root cause analysis.
With the commissioning of the new ZEISS SIGMA 360VP electron microscope, Laboratoire Dubois is significantly expanding its analytical capabilities. Among other things, the system enables:
- High-resolution material and surface analyses
- Detailed investigations in the event of production deviations and failures
- Targeted support in product development and industrialisation
- Homologation tests in accordance with international standards
- Well-founded root cause analyses in the event of complaints and returns
With the successful commissioning, the foundation has now been laid for upcoming training courses and the future productive use of the system at Laboratoire Dubois.
