The Quantum Microscope TM from KMLabs is a fully integrated and commercial platform to perform ultrafast spectroscopy measurements in the EUV range and to obtain high-resolution, nanoscale images with high contrast of structures near surfaces. This unique instrument allows to image materials of different chemical composition with high contrast.
